Community Guidelines

Cosmos is a space for daily growth. These guidelines keep it kind, safe and useful for everyone. By joining Cosmos you agree to follow them. Cosmos is for members aged 18 and over.

1. Be kind and respectful

  • Encourage each other. Everyone here is working on something.
  • Disagree with ideas, never attack people.
  • No bullying, harassment, hate speech or threats, towards anyone, for any reason.

2. Be yourself

  • Share your own experiences and progress.
  • Don't pretend to be someone else. One account per person.

3. No selling or spam

  • Don't promote products, services, businesses or money schemes, in posts, comments or private chat.
  • Don't post the same thing again and again, or ask members for money.

4. Share what helped you, not medical advice

  • Practices in Cosmos support your wellbeing. They are not a replacement for a doctor, therapist or other professional.
  • Never tell someone to stop a medicine or treatment.
  • If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services straight away.

5. Protect privacy

  • Don't share anyone's phone number, address or other personal details.
  • Don't post screenshots of private chats, or photos of people without their permission.

6. Keep it suitable for everyone

  • No sexual, violent or graphic content, and no abusive language.

7. Live sessions

  • Join on time, and keep your microphone muted unless you are speaking.
  • Keep the session chat kind and on topic, the same as the feed.
  • Don't record, screenshot or share a live session, and don't pass the joining link to anyone. Each link is for you.
  • Replays are for members only. Please don't download or share them.

8. Respect the content

  • Courses, practices and audio in Cosmos are for members only. Please don't copy or share them outside Cosmos.

If something isn't right

  • Tap … on any post or comment and choose Report. It disappears for you straight away, and our team reviews every report within 24 hours. Only our team sees who reported it.
  • You can block anyone from their post or profile. You'll stop seeing them, and you can't message each other. Manage this in Profile → Blocked people.
  • We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive members. Our team removes content, gives a warning, or pauses or closes an account that breaks these guidelines.
